1. Eligibility for Exchange Only (No Returns)

• We do not accept returns or general exchanges once a product is sold.

• Exchange is only possible if the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

• Customers must provide a complete unboxing video as proof of damage.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• All exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

• Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged.

• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.

• Please ensure the product is securely packed for return.

Step 3: Inspection & Exchange

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• A refund will only be processed if a replacement is not available, and it will be credited to your bank account within 7–10 business days of approval.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• If replacements are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days
